Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gbaiee ("gbaiee", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the gbaiee website at gbaiee.app, creating a player account, depositing funds, participating in any game or promotion, or using any service offered by gbaiee, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Deposits

gbaiee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits are credited to your gbaiee account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. gbaiee does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which gbaiee accepts no responsibility.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of a confirmed transaction.
• gbaiee reserves the right to request verification before processing any deposit it deems unusual in size or frequency.
• Deposits made to inactive or suspended accounts will be returned to the originating payment source after investigation.
• gbaiee does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be held pending KYC completion. gbaiee aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, typically within minutes to a few hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours.

• Withdrawal requests submitted while bonus wagering requirements remain incomplete will be declined until those requirements are fully met.
• gbaiee reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks to large withdrawal requests before approval.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, credit cards, or payment methods not associated with the account holder.
• gbaiee is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient's payment provider or network congestion on the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay systems.

3. Bonuses & Promotions

gbaiee offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to the 200% Welcome Bonus up to ৳20,000. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

1. All bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and cannot be withdrawn directly.
2. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal request will be approved. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
3. The 200% Welcome Bonus applies to a player's first qualifying deposit only. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.
4. gbaiee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any bonus already in active use by a player will be honoured under its original terms.
5. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, account duplication, or exploitation of system errors will be cancelled without notice and the associated account suspended.
6. Certain games may contribute differently to bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are displayed in the promotions section of your account dashboard.
7. gbaiee reserves the right to set maximum bet limits applicable during bonus wagering. Bets exceeding these limits may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
